Heather Mcdade.

Heather is an Early Childhood Education professional who specializes in working with children and families in diverse communities. Her 25+ year career extends across early childhood education and social service fields. She has worked serving and educating children and families for her entire career. Heather is a passionate advocate for children and families with a focus on preventing children from experiencing abuse.

Heather believes all children deserve to be loved and cared for no matter their circumstance. Prior to co-creating Coley’s Crib, Heather held professional early childhood education and social service roles in diverse communities. She held positions as Child Care Center Director, Teacher, Advocate, Family Support Specialist, Parent Educator, Child Protection Supervised Visit Professional, Case Manager, and Professional Guardian/Conservator.
